The complete processing process usually includes the following steps:

Install the required tools according to the processing requirements

Install the corresponding punching dies, bending dies, and shearing blades according to the required busbar processing operations.

Place the copper or aluminum busbar on the working table

The operator places the copper busbar or aluminum busbar on the corresponding processing station according to the required operation.

Shearing station:

Adjust the length positioning scale on the working table according to the required cutting length. After setting the length, press the foot switch to complete the shearing process.

Punching station:

Move the cut busbar to the punching station, set the X-axis and Y-axis coordinates on the working table, rotate the die selection disc, select the required punching die, and complete the processing of round holes, oblong holes, or other hole shapes.

Bending station:

The operator selects the bending mode through the touchscreen, sets the required bending angle parameters, positions the bending location using the manual scale, and completes the bending process.

Finished product inspection:

After all processing operations are completed, the finished busbar is inspected for length, hole positions, and bending angles. Once the dimensions meet the drawing requirements, the processed busbar can be sent to the assembly process or the next production stage.
