The order for the BSSK-503 three-in-onebusbar processing machine destined for Pakistan originated from a long-standing domestic agent specializing in power equipment. With over a decade of experience in the domestic market for high- and low-voltage switchgear and power transmission/distribution equipment, this agent also handles export sub-contracts for power infrastructure projects linked to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), maintaining ongoing relationships with local electrical manufacturers in Lahore and Karachi. In late 2025, the agent received a request from a Pakistani client, Mr. Munir, whose local power distribution facility was undergoing expansion. The client’s existing, outdated modular busbar processing equipment suffered from poor precision and low efficiency; manual bending and punching resulted in significant dimensional deviations and high defect rates during batch production of switchgear. Consequently, there was an urgent need for a hydraulic busbar processing machine that integrated cutting, punching, and bending functions.

Having distributed our busbar processing equipment for years, the agent recognized that the BSSK-503 model was ideally suited to the processing requirements of small-to-medium-sized switchgear manufacturers in South Asia. The agent promptly relayed the client's requirements to our sales and technical teams, officially initiating the project.

Our technical team collaborated with the local agent to tailor a delivery solution specifically for operating conditions in Pakistan, featuring the BSSK-503 three-station busbar processing machine:

Simultaneous three-station operation: The independent cutting, punching, and bending stations operate concurrently, eliminating the need to move workpieces between steps; daily processing capacity exceeds 200 busbars, effectively doubling output;

High-precision hydraulic system: Features thickened mold positioning stops, ensuring a bending angle error of ≤0.5° and burr-free punching, which significantly reduces material waste;

Optimized for South Asian conditions: Upgraded dust-proof sealing, hydraulic components rated for high-temperature environments, and a standard 220V motor; includes a complete set of spare molds and seals;

Comprehensive export package: Includes English operation manuals, maintenance manuals, and factory inspection reports to meet Pakistani customs clearance and local power industry acceptance standards;

Dual-channel after-sales support: The local agent serves as the primary service contact; in the event of a malfunction, the agent facilitates direct remote communication between the customer and our engineers, while spare parts are shipped directly from China to Pakistan to minimize downtime.

The agent also provided Munir with real-time workshop processing videos, case studies of the same model exported to Southeast Asia, and a detailed comparison of specifications and pricing, effectively alleviating concerns regarding the quality of Chinese-made equipment.

Within one week of the site visit, Munir signed a purchase contract through an agent to acquire one BSSK-503 busbar processing machine and simultaneously ordered two sets of spare punching dies.
