一、Product Introduction:

The servo-positioned, three-station busbar processing machine utilizes a CNC system to control servo motors, enabling automatic material feeding and positioning for punching, shearing, and bending. It features CNC-based angle calculation, Z-bend calculation, developed length calculation, angle compensation, inertia compensation, bending pressure holding, and automatic start/stop of the main unit.

The machine is equipped with three processing stations (units)—punching, shearing, and bending—which operate sequentially; the punching station features a turret-style structure. Designed primarily for processing copper and aluminum busbars of various specifications, the machine allows operators to simply select the appropriate station to quickly and conveniently perform tasks such as shearing, punching (round and oblong holes), flat bending, vertical bending, embossing, reverse flattening, and twisting.


 

二、Key Features:

1. The punching station utilizes an oversized, integrated six-die turret made of ductile iron with a diameter of 400mm. The turret is machined as a single piece, with die mounting holes processed on a CNC machining center to ensure high precision (clearance between the die and turret is 0.00–0.03mm). This design improves die concentricity and extends service life while eliminating the need for frequent die changes, thereby boosting work efficiency.

2. The shearing unit employs a high-precision, dual-column linear guide rail structure with a double-blade design. The upper and lower blades are mounted vertically parallel to ensure a smooth cut with zero material waste; the double-sided blade edges maximize material utilization and extend service life.

3. The bending unit utilizes a closed-frame bending design, connecting the force-application point and the load-bearing point with a 50mm-thick crossbeam, which significantly enhances mechanical strength compared to open-frame designs.

4. The bending station supports U-shaped bending, with a minimum distance of 50mm between the two bends.

5. The hydraulic cylinder is constructed from international standard materials and protected by eight imported seals to prevent oil leakage during prolonged use, ensuring a longer service life. 6. The hydraulic oil tank is fabricated from 3mm steel plate and undergoes phosphating treatment to prevent the hydraulic oil from deteriorating during long-term use.

7. The hydraulic oil lines utilize the national standard Type A connection method, ensuring both durability and ease of maintenance.
