Check the machine: guard, blades, foot switch and oil are all normal.
Clean copper/aluminum busbars, measure and mark cutting length.
Adjust the stop baffle to your needed size.
Push the busbar tight against the positioning baffle, keep hands away from blades.
Step the foot pedal to clamp the busbar firmly.
Step the cutting pedal to shear the busbar, wait for the blade to lift back.
Release the clamp, take out the cut busbar.
Repeat for more workpieces, check size regularly.
Turn off power and hydraulic system.
Clear metal scraps on the table.
Lubricate blades and slide rails.
Never put hands under the blade or pressing plate.
Stop the machine immediately if it makes strange noise or gets stuck.
Wear protective gloves while working.
